Search... 1. Enter member name or spouse name to search existing record and click 'RequestAccess' link to get access. User can enter few first letters to member name or spouse name text box. 2. If you don't find your record from the search list then an add access link will display at bottom of search record. The new request will take 2-5 days to review data and give you access. An e-mail notfication will be sent to your e-mail account. 3. We have one record per family so spouse must share member record and username. 4.
